3. Payment
Invoices are payable within the stated period. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellation and scheduling
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled intervention.
5. Access and cooperation
The client provides safe access to the location and accurate information required for the service.
6. Results and warranty
We deliver professional services based on the agreed approach. Results may vary depending on on-site conditions.
7. Safety and access
The client ensures safe access to the site. If conditions are unsafe, the intervention may be rescheduled.
8. Liability
Pestokil’s liability is limited to the agreed services, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
9. Force majeure
In case of force majeure, execution may be postponed or cancelled without liability.
10. Complaints
Complaints should be reported within a reasonable time so we can find a suitable solution.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed according to our privacy policy.
12. Governing law
Belgian law applies to all agreements. We aim to resolve disputes amicably first.
